Windows 11 taskbar calendar
Why your meetings aren't in the taskbar calendar.
Windows 10 listed your events under the calendar by the clock. Windows 11 removed that list, so you get dates and nothing else.
What happened to the agenda view.
In November 2025, Microsoft said an agenda view would return to the taskbar calendar, with a preview that December. It then postponed the feature, and we couldn't find a release date as of October 2026. Once it arrives, it will still sit behind a click.
See your meetings now.
