For Windows 11
Your whole day at a glance.
CalendarBar is a Windows 11 app that shows today's meetings on a thin timeline at the edge of your screen.
That's a sample day. Scroll to tuck it away, hover to bring it back.
Below is a sample day. Tap a meeting to see its details.
A glance, a hover, a click.
- Glance. A coloured block marks each meeting, and a red line shows the current time. You can see what's now and what's next.
- Hover. The full day opens beside the bar, with titles, times and locations.
- Click. A meeting shows who's in it, and you can join the call with one click.
- Move away. It tucks back into a sliver.
For people who live in meetings.
Managers, consultants, engineers in standups and reviews, and anyone who checks their calendar between every task.
- "What's next?"
- Stop opening your calendar 20 times a day. A glance at the edge of your screen tells you what's next and whether you have time before your 2 pm.
- Back to back
- The now-line and the next meeting stay visible, even while you work full screen in another app.
- On time
- Meetings about to start stand out, and the join link is one click away.
A few pixels wide.
Dock it to the left or right edge.
The taskbar calendar and Outlook's reminders are pop-ups you have to open or dismiss. Full calendar apps take a whole window. Alert apps interrupt you.

Works with Outlook, Google Calendar, iCloud and Microsoft 365.

- On by default. Your schedule never shows up in Teams or Zoom shares or recordings.
- Private meetings stay private
- They show only "Private" and the time.
- Meetings stay in memory
- Meeting data isn't saved to disk. Logs never contain titles, people or links.
- Calendar links are encrypted
- Windows encrypts them for your user account. It also handles Microsoft 365 sign-in, so CalendarBar doesn't store your password or sign-in tokens.

Common questions.
- Is it a subscription?
- No. We're tired of those too. It comes from the Microsoft Store and updates itself.
- Does it work with Teams, Zoom and Google Meet?
- Yes. CalendarBar finds Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex links, so you can join in one click. It also stays out of your screen shares.
- Do I need IT approval?
- Not for classic Outlook or calendar links. Some companies require an admin to approve Microsoft 365 sign-in, and CalendarBar gives you the link to send IT.
- Can it change my calendar?
- No. CalendarBar is read-only. It can't create, change, accept, decline or delete anything.
- What does it run on?
- Windows 11.
